We aim for full transparency around refunds for our services.
Amounts paid directly to Meta or Google as ad spend are non‑refundable once campaigns are live, per each platform's own billing terms.
Monthly management fees for work already delivered are non‑refundable. If a project is cancelled before work begins, fees are refunded in full within 7 business days.
Deposits are non‑refundable once design work has started. Remaining milestone payments are only due upon delivery of the agreed stage.
